The Journey
Ten years ago, Millennium was founded on a bold idea: that education should nurture the whole child—mind, body, heart, and spirit.
A decade later, that vision lives on in every student, family, Guide, alumni, and friend who has helped shape our community.
Our 10th anniversary is a chance to celebrate how far we've come, reconnect with one another, and look ahead to the future we're building together. We hope you'll join us in honoring the past—and inspiring the next decade of courageous learning.
Can't join us in person? You can still be part of Millennium's 10th anniversary by making a gift that supports the next generation of courageous learners.
Friday, November 6, 2026 - Millennium Institute Day
A day of shared reflection and design centered on one question:
What do adolescents need to thrive now, and how will Millennium protect, deepen, and evolve to meet that need?
Guides, staff, students, alumni, parent leaders, and outside experts will explore adolescent development, hear directly from students, and prototype new approaches to personalized, human-centered learning, including where and how AI can responsibly support (never replace) the work of trusted adults.
This session is open to current Millennium Guides, and others by invitation only.

Saturday, November 7, 2026 - Quests
As part of Millennium's 10th Anniversary Celebration, we're inviting our community to experience one of the school's most distinctive learning traditions: Quests.
Each term, Millennium students dive into interdisciplinary Quests that explore big questions through hands-on, collaborative learning.
Now it's your turn! Whether you're a current family, alum, grandparent, or friend of the school, we invite you to experience the curiosity, creativity, and discovery that define a Millennium education.
Quests are designed for participants from 6th grade through adulthood.

The Quests
Quests are the foundation of Millennium's educational approach, integrating the humanities, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and the arts into authentic, collaborative learning experiences.
Rather than studying subjects in isolation, students apply critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving to tackle meaningful questions together.
Each term students embark on two interdisciplinary Quests that immerse them in complex, real-world challenges.
Guided by thought-provoking questions like "Are We Alone in the Universe?" or "How Do I Learn?", Quests invite students to explore scientific discoveries, philosophical questions, creative expression, and personal reflection.
We are thrilled to offer special 10th Anniversary Quests!
Quests are designed for participants from 6th grade through adulthood.
