At Millennium School, our athletics program is committed to fostering the holistic development of our students—physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Rooted in our school philosophy of Be, Feel, Think, and Do, Millennium Athletics aims to instill in our student-athletes the invaluable qualities of mindfulness while navigating the high levels of stress and competitiveness associated with sports.

While our ultimate goal is to achieve success on the field, we firmly believe that the journey itself holds tremendous value. We prioritize the experiences of learning, growth, and fun, recognizing that they are catalysts for personal development. By imparting the necessary fundamentals and cultivating a supportive environment, we empower our student-athletes to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Our comprehensive approach to athletics ensures that our student-athletes not only excel as athletes but also flourish as individuals. Through mindfulness practices and the application of the Be, Feel, Think, and Do philosophy, we equip our students with the tools to effectively manage stress, embrace competition, and maintain balance in their lives.

Millennium offers co-ed volleyball (fall), co-ed basketball (winter), co-ed futsal (spring) and co-ed ultimate frisbee (year round). Millennium is part of the San Francisco Independent Athletic League.
